The opening sequence and award category & winner stings for the Metal Hammer magazine Golden Gods awards (each year from 2003 - 2006). Click here to see the previous version.

The blacksmith theme was requested by the client, so it was only natural to have him constructing the logo in the opening sequence. We shot all the hot coals and fire elements, metal being forged, eerie locations and our man in a wig which was then combined with strange textures and some 3D graphics to create the dark, moody sequence.

When viewing the clip, close the curtains, turn out the lights, turn up the volume and play it full screen to get the whole experience!
